Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous internship or work experience in HR preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Google workspace
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Assist with employee relations issues, including answering inquiries and escalating issues as needed
- Support People projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee questions
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and separation agreements
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Management team, such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
