Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field preferred
- Strong critical thinking and good listener
- Strong understanding of HR principles, procedures and People Management

Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions
- Support employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, executing employee engagment, and maintaining employee files.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs
- Manage employment data entry and ensure accuracy of employee information
- Assist with payroll processing, including contract employment, permanent employment and freelancer
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee training completion
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
