Qualifications :
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation 1 year+
- Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual composition
- Knowledge about social media management
- Experience in Digital Agency is a plus
- Good at English is a plus
- Great troubleshooting skill
- Good at self-learning in Tools and a new framework
- Communication skills in discussion sessions with internal team and external team

Job Responsibilities :
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Social Media and best practices in short video production, editing, and content creation
- Plan the overall visual style, tone, and messaging of each video project and schedule shoots
- Capture video footage that adheres to the storyboard and creative vision
- Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, ensuring they meet technical specifications and guidelines for different channels (e.g., social media, website, YouTube)
