Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineer, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in IT or Tech development sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of IT products and services, including software, tech development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate IT products and tech development services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that address customer needs and objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies and tactics.
